Privacy notice
This explains what happens to the details you send me through the quote form on twowheelservicing.co.uk. Two Wheel Servicing is run by Ivan, who is responsible for your information.
What I collect
Your name, phone number, email address, your bike's make, model and year, and what you need doing.
Why I use it
Only to reply to your request, give you a quote and arrange the work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you. I don't use it for marketing and I never sell or share it with anyone else.
Who helps me handle it
- Cloudflare hosts this website, runs a security check to stop spam (Cloudflare Turnstile) and delivers your request to my inbox.
- Google (Gmail) stores the email with your request.
How long I keep it
If your request doesn't lead to any work, I delete it within 12 months. If I do work on your bike, I keep the details needed for my business and tax records for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and storage
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. The spam check may set data needed for it to work, and the form remembers when you last sent a request on your own device so it isn't sent twice by accident.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. Call or text 07988 925344, or reply to any email from me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
